Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

**Please note that permanently discounted or marked down merchandise orders are considered Final Sale and are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

 

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

Please Note: Special order items have a longer ship time as Frank Designs Jewelry does not stock these tems.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days

  • Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days

 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Frank Designs, LLC provides Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Frank Designs, LLC within 45 days of receipt of the product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 45 days after the receipt of product. To exchange an item, simply Print a return form at frankdesignsjewelry/returns.com with the appropriate exchange information.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Exchange process begins after your package is delivered to us.
